This design is adapted from the decorative grille inserted into the wood and glass arched front entrance door of the Chauncey Williams House in River Forest, Illinois. Designed and built in 1895, this house was one of Frank Lloyd Wright’s first commissions.

Ten 3 1/2 x 5 inch blank notecards with "Thank You" printed on the front and white envelopes in an acetate-topped box.
